What kind of events do you do?
Corporate parties, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, rehearsal dinners, and more.
Do you provide the alcohol?
For West Virginia events, we provide alcohol. For Kentucky & Ohio events, you provide alcohol; we’ll help you choose.
Can we pick what is served?
Yes—choose from our wine & beer list or request favorites.
Is the portable bar included?
No, it’s an add‑on. Base rates cover service; you provide the space.
Are you insured & licensed for off‑site bars?
Yes to both.
How many hours do you serve?
Standard service is 3 hours; add up to 2 extra hours if needed.
When is last call?
Typically 15 minutes prior to the scheduled end time.
When is an additional bartender needed?
We recommend 2 bartenders for most cocktail or cash‑bar events; we’ll advise case‑by‑case.
Do you charge for mileage?
Free within 15 miles of our base (311 9st Street). Beyond that, $1.50/mile to and from your event.
How do I save my date?
Signed contract + $300 deposit.
